It's not so much about re-arranging a hierarchy, but about re-designing the organization. I realize these sound the same, but I assure they are not. Given types of organization are good for different things, and if you want to get the ball rolling and see genuine progress, what you want is as close to a dictatorship as you dare get. Also, clearer segmenting and division of responsability reduces the amount of conflict within the organization.

And the main point of this thread was the lack of vision. In truth, PA atm is litle else than a headless chicken.

re-arranging it to allow progression is a good solution however, its no use carrying on as is as very little seems to get done. For the game to progress and go forwards some changes need to be made.

As an addendum to Sun_Tzu's post, if you think we want to do this "just for the sake of it" you either haven't understood why we want that, or have no experience with software projects (or teamwork in general), or you're plain simply trolling.

We're not suggesting changes for the sake of it, we're suggesting changes because we believe that changes need to be made to help Planetarion move forward.

Certain things are not getting done and there is nobody in PA Team who seems to care enough about it to get them done. The new portal isn't ready yet, months of delays and it still isn't completed. Take a look at the image at the top of the forum with the default style, is it still round 23?

There are people who still care about Planetarion and would like to help, but PA Team prefer to bury their heads in sand instead of getting these people to help.

Changes are indeed needed to help PA move forward, they have been needed for ages.

Certain people have offered to help, but have either been ignored to given useless answers.
