I'm thinking at their multi-hunting process since R2, I never got closed, and I cheated a little
at the edge of safety, one might say.
Currently I'm playing PA from 3 workstations, one at the office (fixed IP at the gateway, but common with another 2 PA players), one at home (DSL- dynamic IP for the gateway 62.167.xx.xx) and one mobile linked through my cellphone (again dynamic IP) or through my wireless net at home. I think if i were top 250 anyone would think I'm a multi or account sharer (due to the multitude of logged IP addresses somehow related, superimposed on other accounts
I never thought I was the only one at my ISP playing PA).
Of course, if someone is looking at the browsers I'm using (Mozilla, IE5.5 and Opera) and at the operating systems involved (SuSE Linux, Windows NT 4.0 and Win2k respectively), correlating with the fact that I'm deleting any cookie between two consecutive logins, I would be "classified" as 3 ppl playing the same account.
If that combines with the other 2 known Players from the office, and possibly the other PA players having the same ISP, the IP lists made with Webalizer or any other log analysers whould point me as the worst account sharer ever existed in PA.
But again, I'm not sharing my account and I do not have more accounts than the single one allowed, so how can I explain it to someone after my account is closed ? Of course, I can not do that, especially considering that once closed, the chance of rehab is practically null.
I still thank GOD that my wife quit PA in R5, else I had to explain (even no1 is interested though) why I'm running 2 accounts in the same time .. heh ..
Hoping that no one kills me for past 'mistakes', I think that someone who NEVER cheat deserves all honours (s)he can get, but its very interesting to ride just on the edge of it ..
PS: my cheating
involved babysitting (R7), scan escort planet + bot testing (R6) and even account swapping (R2) .. hehe
