Seriously finding somewhere to sleep is a big problem with I-events - especially if you cannot afford a hotel room. It was bad enough when you were allowed to sleep at your pc - i meant thats uncomfortable enough - its even worse now that you can't.
I spent half of i15 wondering around looking for somewhere to sleep - and then the other wondering around aimlesley trying to entertain myself with sleep depervation... was glad to see my bed at the end of it.
It's great during the day and up till about 3am then every1 with a tent/hotel room/no dignity to go sleep with cs geeks wonders off.... and i was left watching BBC 24 in the main room.... ;/
A tent might not be a bad idea tbh - u are allowed them now, the only issue is finding a spot close enough to the event to pitch - oh and ppl who have a tendancy to steel out of tents.. i've had a bad experience with that from some music festivals. Perhaps i'm being paranoid.
What are the hotel prices near the event? I might look into that.
