spinner.planetarion.com doesn't work anymore, and I mailed spinners planet and he ignored me

I wonder if anybody is already closed for any offence reported so far. I'm not even going to bother to resend the reports I made on the portal.
We could use with an update on what has been done so far to counter farmer and multies..

You are clearly an optimist.
Even under supposedly new management, some things never change.
Submissions to the "report player" page basically go to a black hole, and the planetarion customer service continues to be absolutely and utterly non-existent. Nothing gets done. Ever.
Every business model which incorporates user feedback at least sends you an autoreply saying "thanks, we have your complaint, we will pass it on to an account representative for review"
Even that is too much to ask I guess.
Out of probably 20-30 emails I have sent to the 5S, the ONLY ONE I have ever gotten a response to was the one when I was having problems paying

its above 12, not sure on any Spinner or kloopy might have done
as for countering? u would like us to say here what we do to find them?

I think he means he would like to see _something_.
Maybe something along the lines of "we noticed 156 pairs of planets that attack together all the time, and one always never sends pods, so we deleted them"
Or "we noticed one planet did nothing but attack the same planet over and over and over for a week straight so we deleted him".
These are hardly "secrets", and would give us an idea that _something_ is being done, rather then the current state of nothing.

Multi/Farm , always attacks with pods only, farm /defence planet always runs , when farmer is attacked farm defends him, both closed.

it would be nice that if ppl send you a mail where you report somebody or supply additional information, that we recieve a little thank you.
that way we know you have recorded it. and we also get a thank you for reporting a player.

Exactly how much farming you assume they can do now that the farm is closed?
Besides... the farmer guy is too big to hit the farm anymore... He got his advantage of the free roids already and is pretty much 'done' with the whole farming business anyway...
If the proof was good enough to cause farm beeing closed, why wasnt it good enough to close the farmer? (talking about single planet here)
