Sure you can. And you would enjoy it. You know you would love to get your hands on those roids, don't you?
And it would spice things up a lot... Just imagine what would happen if your alliance decided to take them down... The politics, the flaming debate at the forums, the excitement of grounded fleets ready to launch... And for once I think you'd get a bit of praise for going after fence-sitters and alliance-hoppers.
If things get boring again (shouldn't take long really), this might be something worth thinking about...
(And obiviously this goes for everybody in WEET not liking this kind of stuff).
