Neighbours Plane Crash
Worst TV moment of the century? I think so.
Other nominations include :
The sunset bay earthquake
Watching Paula radcliffe piss herself.
The launch of channel 5
The "Jamie comes back as a ghost" hollyoaks episode

They were last century, weren't they?
edit: Assuming you meant Sunset Beach, that is.

So, who do you think is dead? I think maybe that Alex guy, would be a convenient way to get rid of him. Everybody else will be fine I think.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
Actually, I think the most important question is, who planted the bomb in the first place.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
I blinked and I missed the actual crash.
It really was terrible, but would you expect any more from Neighbours?
Funniest moment was when the angelic voices started singing as the plane was going down.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
I found it (for a soap) to be pretty well created / filmed.
Props to the show makers!

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
It could have been that guy who set Dylan up who put the bomb on it, although it'd then make no sense why he had it in for Izzy and Paul.
How long does a plane take to crash, too?! It was only a small passenger plane (capacity what - 30 max?) so why was it supposedly so high?!
Although in the grand scheme of things that are stupid in the episode that's quite small.
How did Sarina and Connor end up inside the plane when everyone else managed to get out?
I await the next episode with bated breath. I'm sure that Karl will turn up in the paramedic helicopter - he seems to be a doctor of all trades, be it emergency services, maternity, cancer, psychiatric or just general practitioner.

Oh I'm sure I've cracked Lost. It's basically Battle Royale but with Americans and a bigger island.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
Lost is all to do with the Philidelphia Experiment.
Of course, in bigger news, how is Jack going to be brought back into 24 Series 5 without the Chinese finding out.

The Lockerbie style plane crash in Emmerdale
Every single episode of "Eldorado"
Any attempt by either of "The mitchell Burvvas" to show genuine emotion.

Shit on a stick, I forgot 24s5 had started!
In relation to the topic I would say there was so much ham present that a decent spitroast* could be on the cards.

I said that about the first two episodes of seasons 2, 3 and 4!
Looks like it's time to see if my 3G connection in the middle of the countryside can cope with torrents...

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
David is definitely dead.
Alex stands a good chance as he is incredibly annoying and shite. (cue susan and carl back together shock shock)
After Ginelle (?) saw an image of Dylan in the kitchen i tend to think that maybe he dies as well - maybe going back in to rescue Sky.
These are not spoilers btw - just my opinion.

Why do you think David is dead. Although it would serve him right after giving his lottery winnings to the Salvation Army.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
david is dead because he has the best relationship with his father/wife/daughter at the moment. Therefore, by the rules of the soap, he has to die.
He is too happy to live.

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
Karl Kennedy clearly planted the bomb. He had it in for Izzy and Paul. Plus planting a bomb is probably the only thing he hasnt done during his glorious stay on Ramsay Street

Re: Neighbours Plane Crash
*** BREAKING NEWS ***
It appears that Harold Biship planeted the bomb. Speaking to a fan newsletter, he said that the Salvation Army had taken the lottery winnings and bought up most of the weapons in Australia and are now mounting a campaign to liberate all the other soap actors globally. In London, the Mitchell Family are currently mobilising the Eastenders Liberation Force and are en-route to Emmerdale Village then to Coronation Street, where Steve McDonald is heading a small mob army.
Big Brother re-runs are being scheduled.
