I just moved to republic of Ireland last week from sunny scotland and was shocked to discover on my arrival in fair Galway city that the pubs are allowed to open at 10am.
10AM For God sake 
I was used to having to wait till hign noon in scotland before i could drown my sorrows but now i can get up everyday and try to forget i live an internet life even earlier. Get in!
Does this seem very early or is it normal where u live?
