The PvE Bots

I propose a smallish addition:

The inclusion of bots as a gameplay choice

They could be introduced as a PvE (Player v Enviroment), where new/small players can attack them, but will gain less in roids/xp (say 10-15% cap, and half XP).

The big gains come from PvP (Player v Player), where you will gain the full cap and XP (25% cap).

A few quick notes:
1) Most players would eventually out grow the bots, and fighting would begin amongst other players.
2) Bash limits against bots would apply just like attacking any another player.


The Bots would control a single cluster (cluster 1), the bots would play passively and not attack, but they might be able to defend other bots.

They have basic abilities
1) Init Roid
2) Build Ships - Based on specific ratios.
3) Defend
4) Cov-op (on people attacking them).

More advanced abilities could be
1) Small bot based alliances - This would also mean that bots in alliance could only get defence from within that alliance.
2) Attacking other bots.
