Any particular reason your site seems to hate australians?

This has been a problem for me for a good 6 or 7 rounds sometimes reseting my modem fixes the problem but not always. I've gone whole rounds where the only way I can use sandmans is to load up some proxy site and I've heard other Australians have had the same kind of drama's.
