there rumours flying around that there will be an APA Coven war, and looking at their public chan topics its true. so here is my little evaluation (to the theme of Fresh Prince of Bel Air)

Now this is a story all about how,
APA and coven had a nasty big row
and id like to take a minute just sit right there
to tell u how both these alliances are filled with hot air

In west Planetarion, Torn and Razed
In the Roidbelt is where they spent most of their days
Chillin' out waxing their legs on the loo
and all shootin some newbies wishing they rocked like F-crew
When a couple of APA guys who were up to no good
Started making trouble in the Coven neighbourhood
they got into a scrap and their HC's got scared
and said "were gonna kick ure buts so ud better prepare"

I whistled for a cruiser and when it came near
the licence plate said APA sux and it had dice on the mirror
if anything i could say that this war was fair
but i thought man forget it, lets roid coven all bare

we got the result about 7 or 8
and we all yelled to apa yo dudes smell ya later
we looked at coven in all their despair
Cause F-crew had triumphed, and they wernt even there

lol i believe this APA is norwegian or swedish for monkey, was started by a group of some form of scandanavians, and no, it isnt the Acolyte Protection Agency aka Farooq and Bradshaw

Just like the whole '<1up><fury><eclipse>(delete as applicable) eats babies and gets people high on drugs' issue has been well overdone, so has the song parodies. Despite this, however, I did find this one a refreshing change. It incorporates 'smaller' alliances, and brought a smile to my face. It is nice to see that the smaller alliances still bring their own 'character' to the game, and can only be a good thing. Good show I say.

Well the wars being going for around 24 hours now and as of yet Keg's 'rap' has had more of an impact than the battles would appear to have.

These stats from Sandmans highlights the lack of any real impact made by either side. While it shows other alliances taking losses of 3-8% it shows APA only just breaking the 1% loss mark This figures also show that while neither sides having any real impact Coven is just about edging it. Both sides really need to step it up a gear if theres foing to be a clear winner from this.

Now Kegs 'rap' throws F-crew into the ring as potential winner from this war even though they arent taking part. This has been dismissed by both the competing parties but what do the stats say about this prediction

Looking at these it does become clear that F-Crew is performing better than either of those above them. Is it enough to close the gap on both of them, I'd like to think so but its not really clear if that is the case. It will be intresting to see if todays gains were a one off or if they are repeated in the coming days. What is clear though is if APA dont start to do some damage to Coven and start to gain some real score that F-Crew could provide a disctraction for APA which would be crucial in deciding the winner

Perhaps what this actually shows is that APA and Coven don't actually have a list of coordinates of each other, and are randomly attacking other people in hopes of hitting their target.

That's the main thing,.. overall Coven is winning,..
but APA with fewer members, higher avg score,.. and being ONLY 3mill away,... you have to say they could quite easily take it away from coven,...

Gonna be an interesting end of round at this part of the table anyway,... Well, the top of the table is just boring,... who cares who finishes 1st

We have a list of Coven and i would be surpirsed if they didnt have one of us, depends on whos intelligence is better i spose.

Remember they only declared war on us last night at half ten which means it is eantirely possible that we had other targets already sorted by then.

But then again you will never know
