Anton Ferdinand or Christian Dailly, though Everton's Phil Neville has more bookings than both of them put together. (Harewood as first scorer is a much better prediction)

Re: [football] the big league rnd 5
A = 2 points = almost right - correct home goals in a home win prediction
- correct away goals in an away win prediction
- any non-exact draw in a draw prediction
- correct goal difference (has to be generally right too)

Lawro never gives a HT/scorer+time/booking though.
Maybe we could use whichever score has the shortest odds from a betting site, and alternate each week between a scorer and a booking (again based solely on whoever has scored/been booked most already.)
eg. for Arsenal v Liverpool, that would give
h 1-1

Re: [football] the big league rnd 5
er
Griffin - free
Stefanovic - £1.7M
O'Brien - £1.5M allegedly
Linvoy - £300k
Taylor - £400k
Priske - £750k
Pamarot - £1M
you can decide from those. Personally I think he should be made to nominate one.
Pompey 1 - 0 Man City

He knows he can't just leave a description and expect it to count, he has to paste a name in before kickoff.
I saw that Stefanovic wasn't on the team list, so out of the others I thought Griffin most likely to be booked. I assumed he was worth something because Newcastle paid a lot for him a few years ago.
It's a mystery why KoeN is going for a Portsmouth player to be booked when Joey Barton will be on the pitch

Newcastle paying a lot of money for someone rarely means that they are decent players.
Jean-Alain Boumsong (£8m)
Amdy Faye (£2m)
Titus Bramble (£5m)
Alberto Luque (£9.55m - ok, so he's not really been given a chance yet...)
Babayaro was undisclosed.
We're hardly showing a pattern of quality signings.

Re: [football] the big league rnd 5
I believe JBG predicted 2-1
1-1 was his half time result
(He's beating me in another game now )
