News/Current Affairs
Pub quiz tonight and I was hoping you could all help me with possible current affairs questions.
What's been in the news this week?
(Yeah I'm checking BBC/Sky News but thought a thread would be useful too)

Re: News/Current Affairs
you'll get beaten by a team full of quiet old men OR a team that's so huge it's ridiculous.
this is the law of pub quizzes.
read the bbc website.

Re: News/Current Affairs
I'm guessing they'd have done well and come 2nd or 3rd out of 11 or 12, being beaten by the teachers. That's usually what happens.
