So, it appears Rooney wont make the England Group stage matches, and his fitness for the rest of the tournament is in serious jeopardy.

Would you still take him to the world cup, just in case?


Personally, i wouldnt. Bringing him back into the team would disrupt the spirit, flow, and system that england will have been playing with - redefine gerrards role in the team, AGAIN, etc.
