Can we have an available/not available option for the MOD in Gal Trading screen, while a galaxy may still want Metal and Eonium, they may want to make Crystal unavailable to take out of the fund. This is somewhat unclear but I have to go now, I will try to clear up later.

Trading can be done once the Minister of Development has set which resources can be traded

Yes but the option only goes one way, you can only control what goes into the gal fund, it would be nice if you could control what left the gal fund aside from what goes into it.
