Exile

I have an inactive planet in my gal, how do I exile it?

If you are the GC you need to go to your Politics screen where you can select which planet you would like to exile. You then need to convince one of your ministers to vote "yes" on the vote that they will find on their politics page. When this is done the planet will be exiled.
