I have an idea.
Well, I have it since years. Why dont you Noobs band together?
Instead of hundred 5 Member Alliances one 500 Member Alliance.
Raise a leader and make it real. Its not that hard.
Perhaps some Recruiters here on this page contact each other to form a stronger organisation? Who knows...

I think it should be clear that 500 is just a number. And "crazy" ideas often perform good results.
