There should be a poll for alliances,it would make decision making much more easier.

It would be useful, yes, but there are alot more things that Spinner and PATeam should/would/could be focussing on instead.

There are alot of free web-based polls out there, which would suffice for anything you need

Besides that it's fairly easy to poll what the alliance feels about things, and then it's still up to the HC to decide in the end. I for one might take weeks to respond to a poll ingame cause I hardly ever check ingame

Though I see it could work for smaller alliance, but as has been said that just takes coding time which can be better be spent on other things.

I agree with all the arguments against teh poll above

I find it hard to imagine a real purpose for such a poll or imagine a situation where that cud be handy..
besides; people can post arguments that matter (or dont) on the alliance forum to help HC's decide what to do, which is better then just a vote from the masses.

if I see what the alliances ive been in use the allianceforum 4 then polls cud be kinda funny tho

..

if we were to upgrade the ingame forums stuff e.g. gal forums, alliance forums then a poll would probably be the next thing to add. No idea exactly how hard it would be but I expect its possible

All the polls have the same function on all forums but on a different player group or whatever its called.. so.. if its gonna happen then yeah..

I donno, I can see downsides to this as well. Alliances that don't use in-game forums/arbiter/attacking/defence won't really find this handy. And what if the HC doesn't want members to make polls or allow only certain usergroups to vote in polls? Personally, I think the time could be spent better on other things.

i would love to see in alliance polls, it would make things easier, but it is not that important
