addition of quick links
This kind of customized links are widely spread in other browser games and I think they'd be really useful in PA aswell (especially considering the stupid sub-categorizing system we have right now).
In PAs layout, quick links could be inserted bellow the [Logout] link and above the [View pages in a lighter version, where available.] thingy.
