aah, just the post I was hoping for, cause its exactly the reason why I decline the offers of big allies to join ...

My goal in the game is to have fun , to fight honourable battles, to play a game with my friends.
I dont intend to be a top100 player or be in a top10 gal, for several reasons which include :
1 : I hate powerblocks .. they make the game boring (im a top10 gal player in ss atm, part of a powerblock and bored as hell)
2 : To be at the top you need an dedication to the game that prevents you from having a social life
3 : You need to be in a big allie, see point 1
To make it short, I prefere to be in a small allie where people dont get mad when you dont wake up in the middle of the bloody night to launch your fleet, where fun matters more then being in a top 10 whatever, were there is a huge risk of being bashed to peices , so you need more skills and more teamwork with your friends.
I found this in UV, and in VGN now too, and thats way of playing that is in my opinion supreme gameplay , cause I dont want to BE supreme, I want to have supreme gameplay
Ofcourse this is my own humble opinion, not some definate truth, nor do I claim to speak for all vgn members or its HC, its just how I feel about things

Well, I feel that I win when I survived (and recoverd from) major battles where I lost 75% score but did the same to the other side (or worse often ) and I had fun while doing it ... you know ... counting the seconds before the tick , waiting with a high heartrate for THE battle report ... and there it is !!!! what did I loose ! how much did I kill ? any unforseen events ? did I calc the fleets right ? ... you know the feeling Im sure
But I dont feel the personal need to be top10 anymore .. been there, done that, loved it but moved on

I have to say I have never givin up on this game or in getting help for my Alliance m8's(I'm the BC for VGN so dont get in my way please|just to make my job ever so azzy hehehe) + I alway attack with or with out my alliance(and I get more roid's becoase I stop most of there ship's MUHahahahaha)...
and O will not give up my Galaxy ether  (So if you's want to die just hit a Galaxy tag [VGN] and we will make you happy in your dieth)
I love this game it reely rule's you if you know what I mean

pfft, scoial life is no excuse for not playing well in pa. i was a fairly big planet r7 (t150) and i managed to have a good social life and wasnt on the computer 24/7 AND had the best pa days ever
i mean, if you have a bunch of players who are dedicated and know how to play, you dont have to sacrifice your entire life for the game and you can still do well, but i guess timezone's would have to be a factor in all of it.

heh, im another slayer, his the rnd 4 slayers stay was fairly breif and confusing.

i got lots of annoying norwegian people pm me and i dont know what they want :/ and that irc punk slayer kept kill ghosting me
perhaps punishment from god for haveing such an unorigional name
the addition of the | thing some time ago stoped this.
