Can anyone provide me with the !hit script for IRC with rnd 9 stats?

Found one for rnd 9 for mIRC
I updated the stats and its working.
The stealing is still rnd 8 based since i dont think its sure yet how it works exactly.

The only difference between R8 and R9 is how many stealer ships are sacrificed in the stealing process. The number of ships stolen is unchanged.
