Time to love you and leave you
Well, gentlemen and Madi.
Worry not, this isn't one of those crappy "I'm leaving PA/GD" threads, I'll only be gone for two weeks but make the most of it as I'll be back then.
Unless I get RTU'd for the lack of skin on my heel/lack of walking ability - which isn't unlikely.
So - I'll see you all soon.
Be good, don't do anything I wouldn't do - which restricts you pretty much to not sleeping with animals/children and not participating in any kind of spanish dancing.

Re: Time to love you and leave you
You know this is the best thread on page one of the forums at the moment and that's why I've come back to read it a second time.

Re: Time to love you and leave you
It'd be quite cool if it was SAS-selection...that's the only context i've ever seen RTU associated with, but not being in the military, there's probably lots of other "special" things that could lead to it

It's only 2 weeks nerdlinger - surely you can keep away from your computer that long.

Re: Time to love you and leave you
Unfortunately no, its not SAS selection, I'm just on a training course (sleeping in fields, Fire Control) etc etc, basically a big exersise.
Stiill there but found internet at a crappy 56kbs booth in the bar.
And FYI, RTU stands for Returned To Unit (if you get injured/mobilised whilst away)
Right, three mins left.
