Hello everyone.

Short version:
Vengeance Round 17 recruitment open. 1 vouch required. #vgn on irc.netgamers.org, ask for a recruitment officer.

Longer version:

Vengeance is opening recruitment for round 17. We play for our members and for the community which is ingrained in everything we do. In Planetarion you don't have to finish number 1, and we're not going to force you to get there. We aim for the top, but we never sacrifice what we stand for.

What we expect from our members (and possible new members) is:

Activity: we want active participation. So not just 10 hours of idling a day, but also high participation in attacks and defenses.
Loyalty: we want members with the VGN spirit. Members who are 100% loyal to us, in good and bad times. Members who care more about VGN then about their galaxy or their own planet.
Responsibility: in Vengeance, you get a lot of responsibility. We teach and encourage you to run defcalls, because everyone needs to know how to do so. In return, you get the power to do defcalls and the opportunity to make a real difference - by being promoted to officer level.

I could post a long string of member requirements, but there's really no need. We give every applicant a good interview and decide from that and the comments of vouchers.

So, what can Vengeance offer you?

A respected alliance which consistently finishes in the top 10.
An incredible community which will pull you in and never let you go (but you won't want to leave anyway).
The freedom to not have every action controlled by your HC.
The opportunity to have a very successful planet.
Strong defence and inspiring attacks.
The best tech system in Planetarion, maintained by _are_ since Round 3.

I can tell you all these things, but there really is only one way to find out how great Vengeance (VGN) is. Come to our public channel (#vgn on NetGamers IRC) and ask for a recruitment officer.

btw in th title it says rnd 17 recruiting and in the post it says rnd 16 (just picking)
