Do you
lose weight if you eat chips once on a near-daily basis and do exercise regularly?
Just wondering.

Re: Do you
It depends on what else you eat and how much you exercise.

And whether your idea of exercise is the process of transfering a chip from packet to mouth.

Re: Do you
This evening for supper I had lobster neuberg with sauted potatoes and broccoli (token vegetable)
I then had almonds and pears sauted in butter with cream for pudding.
I've now finished my second bottle of wine and am half way through a sauterne. I may well finish with some gin (you know me.)
I fully expect that this is the most calorific meal that i have ever eaten. indeed it probably contains the recomended intake of calories for a month.
i don't imagine that running a marathon could shift them. still bloody good fun though! what!

Unfortunately this doesn't have the same calorie level as chips, even from McDonalds/ Burger King .

Re: Do you
if you lounge about all day eating four large bags from fatty joe's grease emporium you will probably get a bit chubbier.
if you run about a bit and are having some oven chips with your grilled cod and peas for dinner then you probably wont.
probably.

Eat 5 times a day, around 3 hours apart, around 350 clean calories a time, 40-40-20 % split between protein, carbs and EFA's (not saturated) avoiding food with a high glycemic index (i.e. sugary shit) and I gauruntee you will lose at least 1lb of fat a week and that is without doing any exercise at all.
That's 1 stone of fat in 3.5 months.

When did you read that?
This is common knowledge for a typical cutting diet. This info is on most body building sites.

Now, the first order of business is lunch. I suggest a nice lobster Zoidberg ... I mean, eh, lobster Neuberg ... I mean, DOCTOR Zoidberg.
How many times has that quote had any relevence? Including today, I think the answer is somewhere approaching none.
