Oh yes, those noobs in [IPC] again.
I guess its been noticed that we are tagging up quite early this round, and well we knew on beforehand that people that shouldnt have access to our tag gained it anyhow. We are running with a planetary arbiter, we are allowing our members to hit into fellow members galaxies. (just not hit an actual fellow member). We tag up as a means to discourage members to actually hit a fellow members galaxy, but to think twice and find some other target. If it been a round with private gals taging early would never have happend.
If anyone find it usefull and have some perverse glee over it, be my guest. With a random universe, that is 2 times as big as last round and with 25 pop galaxies take your best shoot.
We'we already found a few rotten apples, and even some blastant cases of multing among new players applying to join our ranks, wich of all is reported so hopefully can be dealt with. Kind of sad really, we got this r9.5 to hopefully have some fun again, and some people still act their same old, although im not surprised, just a bit disapointed.
On the other hand Im happy to see quite a few new faces that joined our ranks and Planetarion though.
Anyhow, have fun and good luck in this hopefully fun round...

It was meant to be taken as in certain persons signing up a second planet and using it to register for IPC, I believe

Keystroke, like IPC itself, has had his head stuck up his arse so long he wouldnt know a joke if he told it himself.
Which is ironic considering the longstanding 'tradition' of IPC.

Funniest thing I've heard all day
[Edit: Also, I dont think Dread or Hicks meant it as a joke, just an interpretation of what was written.]

I believe they're telling them off for creating multi planets to perform said espionage methods, thus cheating.

how about posting your tag-password on the boards here? would make it easiert for us to avoid ipc targets and if you have "rotten apples" in anyway it shouldn't matter much anyway

Why would we want to avoid getting attacked? getting attacked and attack is a part of the game. Beside anyone found wearing our tag and with no match in arbiter is just another target anyhow And rotten appels we deal with ;-)

Tagging up is a stupid idea anyway. You have to expect people will give out the tag to others, so they can see where IPC is.

Well a list of known fake taggers is posted on our portal and will be updated daily. Thanks for supplying us early with targets ;-)

Well, numbers isnt all, what would been bad or maybe good for us but bad for others is if all our members had been die hard veteran Planetarion players. Eventhough we got a core of that too, we got many new faces this round, and who frankly is still wearing diappers what PA is considered, but if PA goes on for some rounds yet there is still a chance for em ;-)

Excuse me? If their HC BCs were older? That doesn't make any sense... If you're saying that our HCs and BCs are too young, I think you're sorely mistaken either with the actual age of our HCs and BCs or with how capable we are.
I dont think being 10 or 15 years older or whatever would make me a better or a worse HC, so what basis do you have for saying this?
