That's highly unlikely.

Re: Heroes season2
I don't care. I've not seen Lost either. Or Prison Break.
I'm guessing neither of these shows are better than House though.

Re: Heroes season2
I'm not sure which I'd prefer if given the choice, House or Lost. Both are fantastic. Prison Break and Heroes are interesting, but not as good.

Re: Heroes season2
All of them are very good. It doesn't make you a traitor to House if you enjoy other TV programmes, you know.
I'd probably rank them thus:
1= House
1= Prison Break
3 Lost
4 Heroes

Ditto. I also watched two series of Lost in a week, a series and a half of Prison Break in 4 days and two series of House in a week.
God bless American TV.

Ditto to Heroes. Also 3 series of House in 6 days. God bless reasonably high bandwidth internet.

Re: Heroes season2
Lost's end has actually already been announced, several seasons in advance. Agreed on Prison Break though.

Yes, having 6 seasons isn't stringing along a story that right now is either the epitome of "they's makings its ups as theys goes alongs" or of bad writing. BSG is the same way, but on the plus side it kept its direction for longer.

Lost is uninteresting, and from everything I've heard just an attempt at milking it's popularity by stringing it further and further along.
Prison Break should have lasted one season, 12 episodes, LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.

Prison Break was scheduled for 2 seasons you clown.
Concurring with Jakiri on lost

Re: Heroes season2
I never quite understood what people like about Lost. I lost interest somewhere in the middle of the first season and never continued to watch (and given that i watch almost everything that means something)
Heroes on the other hand is worth watching for the japanese guys alone

i agree. I found it utterly compelling in the first season but i lost interest when they announced that they did not have an ending.
the minute there was no plan. the very second it became "we make it up as we go along" i think it fell apart

at least the next three seasons are short seasons, not the full 22 episode length. Though I think they should have had 108 episodes if they're going to stretch it out to that sort of length - just like the star wars movies should have been released on may the 4th. but then I don't know anything about Lost so I'm just waffling.
but TV/Movie executives never have that sort of appreciation for the fans.

Re: Heroes season2
I'm not sure about house. I prefer something with a storyline that runs through the episodes, and from the descriptions, house doesn't seem to have that.

House uses an everyplot. Once you've seen one episode, you've seen them all. They throw the occasional non formulaic episode in now and then to 'spice things up a bit', and it has an overarching (rather dull) story arc to encourage people to tune in next week.
Its a good show. Repetitive, but good.

There's basically two parts to every House episode, two strands that intertwine. The first is "Malady of the week", which is a fairly standard piece of, albeit incomprehensible to non-medics, detective genre fiction. The second is "Plot arc stuff", which varies in quality and relevence a lot.

Re: Heroes season2
house isn't excellent because of it's 'premise', but because the character of dr. gregory house is probably the best character to come from modern day entertainment. Cooling is being pretty one dimensional in his 'once you've seen one..' brush off, it's far more than a cheap little medical-CSI type detective show, the depth of analysis psychologically is far greater than any other tv show i can think; the only draw back i can give the show is that house is too likeable, in his unlikeable way.

In such a desperate world of medocirty anything (and I mean anything) which is even slightly worthy of attention gets overhyped to hell and back. You can't stop it, you can't finght it so don't even try.

Re: Heroes season2
I was avoiding this thread as I imagined it'd have loads of spoilers from you fags who are already watching Season 2 of Heroes even though it hasn't been released here
I'm still watching the TV series as I don't like watching films/tv on the computer. Also it's just something to look forward to in the week, rather than something to waste 1 hour of my time on.
