I got my second student account the other day.

When I finish uni I'll owe approximately £3000, just to the banks I'm with for my overdrafts.

Anyways, I somehow managed to get a scholarship from my school that pays tuition and fees. I'll probably lose it this semester with my dropping grades, but that only leaves me with 3 semesters to pay for myself. I've got about $20k (USD) in savings atm, from what my parents tucked away when I was younger and the money I've saved from the last few years of summer jobs, which means that between college and rent I'll probably have a few k left when I graduate (depending on what sort of internship I manage to get next summer).

i spend what i want, it just means i have to work harder at xmas/easter/summer. manual labour is your friend.
