New Years Resolution
As ever, people tend to want to better their lives when another year flows into the next. I personally do not really see the extra incentive or why one should wait for the 'magic' event of 31 december passing into the first of januari. Most things are about health, mental or physical, yet only a few are about other things.
So without further ado, what is your new years resolution?
Mine will be: 1280x960, 32 bit.

Re: New Years Resolution
I walked right into this one.
I do however have a real resolution - to have Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival replace my alarm clock sound on my mobile phone. This single innovation will revolutionise my waking-up experience and have me jogging before work, going to the gym and cutting down on drink.
And just to buck the trend I stopped smoking (again) but three weeks ago. That's extra-cuboidal thinking for you right there.

I laugh at this everytime. I always forget. Although I think this may be the last time, but we'll have to a whole other year to see if it's true!

Fortunately like pablissimo, I also quit about three weeks ago.
Happy New Year's everyone

Re: New Years Resolution
I just sat down and figured out that at the end of this work day, I shall have exactly 250 work days left before I shall retire. My resolution is to count them off daily and enjoy each of them know that I can retire before they could possibly fire me!

Re: New Years Resolution
It will be the same procedure as always, 1024x768.
Even when I get my new computer in a week or two.
Otherwise, I will hang on to the same stuff as last year:
1) Start going to the gym regularly (quited half way this year)
2) Give more compliments to woman (this year I saw a marked improvement from one to four (!) compliments)
3) Get better grades at uni.
Otherwise, Im just perfect

Re: New Years Resolution
JBG swore that he'd ban anyone who made this "new year's resolution" joke thread again, I was going to do it but worried that he would actually do it, so I think Theam should be banned. or we could just ban Koen instead
Mine, which I thought of just after midnight, is to concentrate more on my studies.

That's the easy part, the hard bit is going more than once.
By going, I mean going there to use the exercise machines.
By use the exercise machines I mean, use them to improve you physical fitness, not to oogle fit women getting fit.

I'll have 777 posts soon. I must say it will be an honour to be one tenth as cool as Pab. That is how it works, right?

Here in Dutchyland we had such a dense fog you had less then 5 meters of visibility. So you would hear fireworks, but see nothing of it. The 4-5km bicycle ride into town was something I will never forget. (Or the 5 km alone from my parents to koens place, luckily I can find my way blind, literally I found out)

Most likely Giuliani or Romney.
