You will notice that this is exactly the issue with "war" in Planetarion. You run out of worthy targets all too soon, winning a war means to go that extra mile of pain and hit the worse targets for greater good.

But when you're organising targets for your wars, I would imagine that your enemy doesn't have less than 350 roids for over 50% of the alliance.

Beating ASS (already done, in all but their admission) is like punching fog - a lot of energy for not a lot of point.

ASS's attacks have a lot in common with fog, too. Absolutely harmless, vaguely annoying and definitely damp.
