I started my posts by laying into 1up posters in general. You then decide to keep replying to me ... I can't exactly keep saying in every/most paragraph "oh, this is about 1up in general". And I'd like to think, if an exilition member was caught being as racist as Idler was, he'd be banned from AD by kaifux or a MOD, or chucked out of the alliance for the being the despicable little scrotum-esque dickweed that Idler is.

As for the pa team comments, just added those since you decided to give me a mini lecture on it all. Which I must confess I didn't bother reading. edit: and I'm off for the cricket, toodles.

Show me where Idler is being racist. At no point have I ever seen him make derogatory remarks related to the creed of an individual. He's mocks peoples grammar and intellect, yes. Thats more about being elitist. Even English people write poorly constructed sentences with bad spelling and I'm fairly sure they wouldn't miss the rapier like Idler "wit" just be cause they were white. Even though Idler manages to annoy me from time to time on AD (who doesn't), he's a top bloke and I enjoy talking to him on IRC. I think it's idd highly unfair and retarded to accuse him of racisme.

Sure he mocks pple, sure he goes over the top from time to time, sure I don't always agree with his motives to annoy other posters ... but a racist ... that's just pure crap !!

Ok dont point out it was a gimmick as i said i only briefly looked at it and had to reply to the BS

And for the people laying into phil^ he has done a hell of a lot of work for this game. Especially in revolutionasing the MH department by coding some very nice tools. He did all this in his free time for abolutly no money and no respect from people. To say anything bad about what he did during his time in the PAteam is nether fair nor accurate. I might add he also payed for his fair share of accounts and did this on top. So claiming you do as much as he did because u pay is ludicrious.

As regarding all the cheating allogations that are flying around. Im firmly of the mind that people are innocent untill proven guilty. But with the sociaty that we live in these days when a few people are proven cheaters in an alliance it labels the whole alliance in a bad light. Their are people who cheat in every alliance (ive closed people accross the board) but why do some alliance get labeled cheats and others dont?

Its a matter of how you handle the situation. If you dont want an alliance cast into a bad light then the HC should be doing all in their power to weed out the cheaters and get them out of their alliance otherwise they will all get tared with the same brush. Their wins and acheivments will mean nothing if their are cheaters in their midst.

This is just my 2 cents on the matter.

That's a very good question, knowing the alliance u prefer and especially the fact that certain alliance doesn't have more closed planets this round than other close monitored alliances. Unless ofc there has been less closures than in normal rounds so far. Funnily enough u couldn't have a found a better thread to dress that question tho, since there's a handfull of ppl here who r sumwhat specialised swinging dirt from 1 corner to another.

Also I find it strange Jolt lets it's staff make such biased comments focusing against a paying group of it's customers in a manner where wiever doesn't even have to read between lines to grasp the idea. It's however nice that finally we have multihunters who r willing to bring their wievpoints into alliance discussions with a cool smooth fashion and w/o having to hold back.

How are my points in any way or form biased?

I was mearly commenting on the general view of the community and how they are stupid to lable a whole alliance cheaters due to a select few in that alliance. Ware all alliances have the same problem. And i pointed out the reasons for this.

At leaste thats what i thought i was doing. If you want to read things into my posts that arnt their then feel free. I am not biased against anyone or for anyone. I coudnt give a rats ass what alliance people are when i close them. If they cheat thats all i care about.

Alright, I must've sensed sarcasm there out of tiredness.

But then..

I've seen u handle sum of those cases and I've seen u keeping planets closed on basis u believed the alliance cheated, not the planet in question itself. It doesn't really break in my mind how that could be anything but being biased/prejudiced when let it reflect on ruling.

Sory Squishy but it's the way u've painted in the back of my mind, but I'll try give u abit more credit than that in the future.

Difference between me and egotistical prats like bashar & co (yes, had a go at another 1up member to try and add a bit more excitement to the thread) is I only post like this in reaction to their patronising epithets. Oh, and that I am about as superior to them in every way as mazzelaar is to an amoeba.

The amoeba was originally named proteus animalicule after the greek god that could change it's shape and later gave rise to the word protean which has come to mean flexible, adaptable and versatile. I'm not sure why I'm bothering but I'll respond to this.

I have no issue with people speaking bad of 1up and as far as I'm concerned I could hate us til the day we all die. I run an alliance, not a popularity contest. Erm what alliance?

I just applied for UK in game with my free planet but as far as I know I am and have been all round allianceless.

And ofc you are going to stand your ground because you won it 2 rounds ago and took a whole round out to pay for phone bills and save up for defence planets... i mean scan planets.

But hey I don't care you might win the round yet as its still a close game lets not get all defensive now coz i am only messing with you like your messing with other ppls names.

In conclusion respect to 1up. You have always fought a good round and this one looks no different. One always enjoys seeing a close contest and without 1up's stamina and drive that might well not be the case in this round. Good luck for the remainder of it.
