Gavin & Stacey
You know how I like to be the first person to point out excellent comedy well before it gets into the mainstream?
Well
Here's the link

Re: Gavin & Stacey
Are the clips on that page reasonably representative of the show?

Re: Gavin & Stacey
The show wasn't designed to be cut up like that. I'd just go watch it, it's only half an hour of your life. Not a brilliant comedy in my opinion, but easily enjoyable with a beer or two on a far more boring than it should've been sunday.

in case anybody else is also new to the internet there is to the right of the moving pictures some words which when clicked with a mouse button cause a new 'window' to open displaying a half hour moving picture of the aforementioned programme.

Re: Gavin & Stacey
Clips werent funny, and programs about average mediocre people got old after Men Behaving Badly (which sucked).
Seems reminiscent of that 2 Pints of Lager travesty.

Re: Gavin & Stacey
Hen parties are one of the crudest things ever. Do other countries do it? It makes me feel ashamed when I see a bunch of 30-50-something women all dressed up making lewd comments and being obnoxious together. But then it is nice my mum has found a hobby in the WI, and she's met lots of new friends.

Re: Gavin & Stacey
This is one of those shows which is funny (for bbc3) but makes me cringe far too much to watch.
