Since frucht (or nice #1 player) is closed, how long will it take for him to get himself reopened ?
Or will reopening on him be harder, since we put pressure on cypher's case and they can't make it to reopen another top planet, thus making frucht the victim of cypher basically?
I'd say he still gets reopened.

I've been keeping track of a few planets i knew that have been closed 9not just top planets) and i noticed that most of them got reopened, due lack or absence of evidence. So it almost looks that if somone launches aobut 1 min before or after another guy, the target starts screaming "Ooeehhh aaah multi scum!!!" while it might have been coincidence or just a good planned attack. Then they report the attacker(s), some multihunter sees the launchtimes and thinks it MIGHT be a multi, so closes him and examines him AFTER that. Closed planet(s) complain, multihunter checks again, sees no hard evidence and reopens the planet.
(at least thats my point of view (about the multihunters), since so many planets got reopened. Dont get me wrong, I hate multi and i'd like to get rid of them asap, but far from everyone who gets reported really is a multi....)

There is a big difference in being fair and "fair". Sadly no Pa-crew member seem to realise this.
