interesting... interesting.
What i find most memorable about SL (from my 'PA Youth') is the banner that they had... that... erm, thing, with the big pointy thing on its hand.

That banner was teh ace (apart from the red text  ).
It actually looks better in flames - the one i had saved on my old PC was just a plain red background (although i think it had the classic planetarion "blinds" effect on it).
I feel all nostalgic now

The banner comming out second in the compo was like a milion times better.. The Zeus Alliance or some thing, it p-w-n-e-d the sl banner..

My gal (17:10) was SL for a while in R3. I joined mid-round but never actually went in their channels.
