He attacked my gal with 4 podless xan planets on 24 roids.
all of which are deleted a long time ago already. He was also closed and then came on IRC with a 'friend' who claimed he was the quilty party that created and launched al those 4 multi planets without his buddy knowing just to help him out in attacking us.

Well that's not proof beyond reasonable doubt. Perhaps he has also a good explanation why he didn't know about his friends help while at the same time his friend got to know about his attack. And ofc then it would be interesting to know whether this happened before.

Off course why as a zik he managed to cover three targets on his first raid of the round sending his few ships alone to 3 planets that would have mostly destroyed his fleets and then just have 12 podsless 0 ships fleets to acompany him on ETA 6.

I do not find reasanoble doubt that he wasn't involved in the cheating. Off course he knew !!! If you really think that having some friend coincidentally launching 12 multifleets on your targets is reasonable then you must never become a multihunter.

I do not know what proof people want. If you multi and you get caught you just produce someone to take the blame and get away with it all the time. This is now standard practise.

However I keep getting mails from another planet telling me that he will get def over and over again.
Kind of strange that the owner of the planet itself can't mail.
Or doesn't he master the english language and is only able to write an other foreign language?

why should he mail the attacker ? he would sent 24 hours mails and still get incomings. and our bigger bg member get newsscanned every tick, maybe he is even off and get incomings + defence... i will keep him defending too and i know him really good and haven't seen him cheating, he attacked everytime with his alliance or our bg and i newsscanned his targets too, like for other bg member. He even asked sometimes if its ok to lose 2 mil score for 350 roids, i have seen other planets in top 20 that have used escorts over and over again and those planets doesn't have any pods and are mostly xan fi and cath fi. Those planets are still open and i reported them several times on defence calls i handled...

i personally newsscan his planet for 3 ticks every night, when he is asleep and i am awake, i do the same for other bg members and they do the same for me.
i also newsied all his attacks at the start of the round, since i kept my ratio up while he and the others focused on building ships, he never used escorts, except on one or 2 rare attacks where i backed him up, so he could take a larger target.

you know whats that called?? TEAMPLAY, not cheating.

every single member of our bg got a real planet, and none uses escorts.

Let me guess, this is the new tactic "If we can't outplay em, lets flame them".

ANd before some smartass comes here about ldk being l33t enough to kill him, 14 in-para attack fleets consisting of only fighters, as a fleetcatch is somehow hard to stop.

Now if you got definit proof he is cheating pm me on irc, or in a board pm. I will gladly eat my words and stop all defence for him if you got PROOF. If you dont have that, then shut the fck up and go away

huh? I only said we weren't defending him and that we were attacking him. Don't see myself judging Martin in my original post.

And your comment about alliance hopping... Well, that's your opinion. It was a precaution. I had 5 warnings or something in Eclipse (I believe I should have been kicked after 2 already). So I already expected to be kicked... what better way than to join with my old friends?
On the other side, kinda cool people already call me alliance hopper after 1 switch /me feels honoured.

but when a player in a top5 gal leaves his ally to an alliance that is hostile to his old ally, that does look rather suspicious from the outside..

Ok, to elaborate a bit. You have pasted Dari a part of your Galaxy Status. On this status 3 planets were under attack by Martin. With him on each planet you could see 3-4 other attackers with the same eta as him. The other fleets all contained 0 ships. Looks quite clearly like escort fleets. So I looked up the coords of the escort planets. They all had different Planet Names than shown on your Galaxy Status. Seeing that you told us earlier that they all got closed your story is right. After some time they clearly got deleted and later replaced by new planets. But as I trust Martin I had a closer look at the Pilkara Score and Roid Graph of these planets. The Graphs of the coords of former closed planets are quite characteristical. For quite some time these planets still get resources and thus score. You can see a very constant increase of their score in the Graph (different from open planets where the owner spends his resources more or less periodically, you can see that very good in the pilkara graphs). This increase lasts until the planet gets deleted. He'll be replaced after more or less time by a new planet or a planet that exiled to these coords. You can see this by a sudden, simultanious jump of the Roid and Score Graph down to 3 roids and 0 Score or the Score/Roidcount of the exiled planet.

Now I checked all 4 coords you presented as the coords of Martin's closed escort planets. None of them even remotly looked
like they ever contained closed planets, means the planets you can see at these coords have been there since the start of the
round, with the same Planet Name and not the ones shown on your Fake Galaxy Status. Also I informed me whether Martin hasever been closed for some time this round. I can tell you he has not been closed this round at any time. I come to the conclusion that you must have made up all your so-called evidence.

Not really cause when martin's 'friend' showed up on IRC shorty after martin was closed and admitted the offences the planets were deleted instantly. This to prevent them from landing on my gal !!! Martin then got reopened and without escorts then recalled on all his targets

At Rock at least gals with members need HC permission to get attacked by other members. I can't imagine ToT HC according attacks on their members gals first thing out of protection. But then again, mayby he didn't ask/check.

ohh I do, eclipse has that tendancy to repay those who help them with their special offer "we'll protect your roids, our HC will farm YOUR fleet and protect them". It's a very nice deal tbh, and it shows howmuch they really care about non eclipse pple who defend their members more then the avg eclipse member does. Only difference is, the eclipsemember has a membership and thus they will not hit him while friends, who often do much more, don't have that and thus are valid targets.

Sadly PA has evolved to this long ago and Eclipse HARDLY is the only alliance who does this
