Additions to the ingame arbiter
I would like to be able to clear the assigned alliance of a planet. As it stands, when you try to unset it, the game returns the error "You have to choose an alliance.", which seems kind of useless to me. I would also like to be able to set only the nickname, and not the alliance.

Added so that you can set a "blank" alliance, just leave it that the top empty/blank option in the alliance selection.
Should fix both of the things you wanted.
It'll get show/listed as [<NONE>] on the galaxy and intel pages, just to separate it from those those with no intel at all.
So you should be able to just add a nick and to "zero out" a planets alliance.
