Even a drunk person wakes up before cr/bs is eta4 in this game.

Only reason why some cr/bs planets have done well is the alliance politics and the chance that they give your galaxy chance to grow enough big to save you every time you get fi/co incoming as there is very few alliances who have enough anti-fi/co ships home to stop few waves of fi/co when the target has less than 20% of he's value in anti-fi/co ships.. and god forbid if that value amount is in fr/de class when your out of galaxy defence is fi/co as it's only thing what can get there in time if no stupid prelaunched fi/co waves what aren't in wave 1 or leaked.

And changing other attributes.. since when have races made any sense in this game, only thing what matters is ship class and what they target and with what initiave.. I admit salvage is nice these days as people tend to crash all the time especially due to lack of activity and lack of military scans.. too low quality control as people are playing with minimal activity and can't understand to get a scan sets what are almost as good as the old reliable military scan.

if i'm reading this right a cr/bs planet can't fight off fi/co waves these days. well if you are in an ally you should always build fi/co to defend yourself and others. and if they really want to attack you they just send 7 fleet in one wave on you, so you'll need def anyway. that's the idea of someone attacking you, you can't cover it yourself, so you try to get some help, that's the nature of this game.

doesn't make any sense to let cr/bs shoot on fi/co, cr/bs should always be able to focus value on frig/de and cr/bs, because def against them is very hard to beat and they are hard to land as it is with 2 ticks of ally def and gal def. you have 5 hours to get def. if you let 2/5 value of cr/bs focus on fi/co this will only get more moronic as it already is.

i agree with you on the scans part and trust me i know, have seen a lot of stupid crashes this round because of low activity or not knowing what scans you need.

Crash, as in you can't defend yourself without salvage... if you don't get decent salvage when your stopping your attacker u just loose more value than the roids are ever able to generate in short round not to mention making you a primary target for few next nights as your fleet is toast if salvage isn't enough high. That's the only reason why salvage is there, aka to give defenders a reason to defend and make attacking/defending others something else than a question in like, Who wins in a nuclear war as neither side can get anything else than phyrric victory and long recovery time in rebuilding their fleets.

Getting fi/co def from your ally.. So long as fi/co's are made to be the best offencive weapon in the game, they will be rare in defence and definately never enough in late round, even if your whole ally would be cr/bs with anti-fi/co fi's.

You don't have to build cr/bs ships what shoots fi/co as it's so low efficiency but atleast the fi/co's who go just for pure fi/co have to pay something for taking the roids instead of free roids. But atleast it would force people to build something else than just fi/co and cooperate with other non-fi/co based races..
