How to do the payment from germany by bank-account?

you need either to go to the bank or have a webbank with international payment options.
And you need IBAN number for the recipients bank.

and i think there is no such thing for PA. a thing that you can try is to load some money on your paypal account and transfer it to Appocomaster if he still offers this kind of in-official payment method.

Easiest is probably to find a friend with a creditcard who pays for you and you just simply give him or transfer the money to him!

Most bank accounts come with some way to access them - ie, a credit or debit card - and that is very definately a way to pay for a planet.

As for wire transfers, i'm afraid i dont know much about them.

Well, pa does have an unofficial paypal payment thing going on, that can be used by transferring money to it.

What i wrote is the norm for international payments in general, all countries banks etc whom deal with international payments uses IBAN bic/swift cause of the difference between bank setups from country to country

If jolt has "stopped" with the unofficial paypal payment I can do it pro bono, no problem
