Whether you like the film will probably be dependent on how tolerant you are of British films in general (things like Lock Stock...).
It's pretty low budget (even by UK standards), the acting is a bit ropey at times, but some of the dialogue is pretty funny. Some of the scenes though almost descended into self-parody. I couldn't tell if they were deliberately trying to be funny at times. At other times it was full on comedy - it's very different from something like I.D. in that respect.
Also, I don't wish to go into plot stuff but there's at least 2 bits off the top of my head which have been ripped off of other movies. That whole bit where Billy (? - the fat psycho one) in the pub does that "you trying to embarrass me / only joking" bit is directly out of Goodfellas. (In fact, his character is rather Joe Pesci like, minus a gun).
