Sorry, Kura, but your thread is lacking the statement "are wank". Much the same as that horrendously unfunny show 'The Office', they just aren't funny.

Dear Belgarath

I appreciate youre on a high after seeing Liverpool finally win a home game, and as such youve probably drunk at least a dozen cans of high strength lager, which i believe is a tradition amongst Liverpool fans. However i feel this has perhaps clouded your judgement on what was an excellent new years show. You simply will have to accept one day that not all humour in this world is like Bo Selecta, and whilst Avid and his plastic faces and northern accents are wonderfully funny, French and Saunders have been doing this for a long time, and always manager to hit the spot with their christmas and new year specials.

I think you fail to realise how much this BBC network helps me to learn this language, and have some fun while at it. The british accent is far more understandable to me than any other.

Im glad that you feel this, despite your current massacre of said language in most conversations.

Im sure if half the asylum seekers in the UK took the time to learn English, we wouldnt have half the problems we have now.

This is in no way a shot at asylum seekers in general, simply those who choose to generate communities which do not attempt to integrate themselves, instead choosing to isolate themselves and thus creating mistrust and a climate in which racism thrives.

French and saunders are great, frankly. Comedy dissapointment of the year though - the alistair mcgowan posh and becks thing. I love the big impression, but that show was god awful.

For once i agree with deffeh

french and saunders were very funny, but the becks impression thing was a big pile of wank
didn't find any of it funny which is unusual for him

having said this i never find alastair mcgowan as good since i started watching john coleshaw

The office as always was slow, found the first couple of episodes funny, but then it was the same old crap

First i read the name on the left as "Kurashima", and thought, Fair enough, me and kura dont often agree etc.

But if theres ever a time youve engaged in any sort of debate with me karm, id be quite suprised.

I enjoyed it, but then I enjoyed the Posh and Becks thing too. And The Office for that matter.

I also laughed at "Shanghai Noon". Not "Meet the Parents" though. That was crap.
