Galaxy status - recalled fleets

I'd like to see a feature where a little blue(?) notice pops up at the top of the screen whenever an incoming hostile fleet recalls. Pretty useful when you have mass incs.

And in galstats it would look something like this:

xx:yy:zz xx:yy:zz Fleet name Race 10000 Recalled 2 P S T U N I J A

also in blue(?). And it could stay there for 5-10-30 minutes or the whole tick.

The notice at the top of the screen isn't necessary, but this would be useful for outgoing fleets as well. These usually disappear from the galstatus for a tick before showing up as return on the tick.

Make it consistent:

Return status in incoming = the planet itself recalled a fleet
Return status in outgoing = an attacker/a defender recalled

And yes please, make them show as returning the tick when they were recalled, not the next one.

Recalled status or notice at the top is too much tho.
