Gerrard is probably the only midfielder in the premiership who I would like to see come to Arsenal. I dont think there is anybody other than Vieira who is in the same league as him. Hes had an ok tournament so far, but give him time and I think he'll improve.

Beckham is my main worry though. 3 games hes had now, and 3 games he has been awful. Apparently he is 'tired'

Owen also hasnt looked like scoring at all. He had his one chance, a chance than an on form Owen would have stuck away, and has anybody else noticed that he doesnt go at defenders anymore?

I didnt think he had a great game at all, but The Times gave him 9/10 and man of the match.

The funny thing about the whole MrL makes shit posts concept is that's evolved to the stage of a meta-concept where it's a given a priori and requires no proof despite the fact the very essence of posting would indicate that there would almost certainly be a change over any given time period.
