FAnG Dragons can be considered allied, Elysium ToT Eclipse allied. Visions/Seraphim NAPed to Fang, HR NAPed to EET afaik. NAP = cease fire NOT allied, there are no coordinated attacks between the alliances afaik. Rah is at war with Dragons.
Elysium Eclipse ToT HR vs FAnG Dragons Visions Seraphim
RaH vs Dragons
WP aren't allied or NAPed to anyone i don't think.
I think that paints the picture, feel free to correct me or add anything anyone.
