It seems pretty gay to purposely set out to not use the [Football] tag, even if this was aimed at one user in particular.
Either that, or "PM!"

Well, if it was a specific thread for JC it was only really going to be about Blackburn, wasn't it?
Unless Kura had suddenly taken an interest in Microbiology or whatever it is JC studies.

Re: Can we have a JC Opinion on the following
He saved us from relegation the season before last with a remarkable scoring record for someone that had just come from the 3rd division, he looked like a new Sutton. However, this season his quality has been lacking. He cant head, which is very annoying when he is clearly taller than a lot of defenders and still cant beat them in the air, he cant shoot from outside the box and he generally seems to scuff a lot of shots.
He works very hard all match and is generally the kind of lad that wont cause any trouble in the camp, but i think he is more suited to League 1 football.
Whether its a good move or not by us depends on who we can get in to replace him. The only real striker we have at the moment is Dickov. Gallagher cant seem to fulfill his potential and Jansen will never be the player he used to be. I cant see us being able to afford Bellamy and i wouldnt be surprised if Benny Mcarthy ends up at a bigger club than us.

£1.8 million. I'm sure you could have got something better than Stead for £1.8M
You could have probably got someone like Nugent or Rasiak for less.
Never mind my club, we know we're staring relegation in the face, but to piss away £1.8M on someone like Stead seems excessive.

Both will be Derby players in seven days time.

Well, lets hope so
Obviously I don't want to lose Rasiak, and if we do get Billy Davies, then maybe he could bring Nugent with him.

I thought about going to Sunderland on the Metro the other day.
I didn't go in the end.
