1up were the better alliance because their contribution was consistent. eXi played hard for one round, then took the next off.
That said, I think their last two rounds were back to back victories, but by that point Sid had retired and the only real opposition were Conspiracy Theory, who sat out eXi's second round. The only alliance that came close to eXi in terms of skill that round was VS - and they allied eXi so that they could play with a smaller memberbase without being pounded on by the best alliance out there. The idea was to finish with highest average score, but after a couple of unannounced disappearances from key personnell the alliance gave up and eventually faded out of any kind of contention.
So yeah, an easy second victory for eXi - so no real credit there.

Heh, this' the same kenny who didn't know Sid while being his peon?
Pretty much says how much knowledge someone has about pa in general
Hmh, about playing 1435465 rounds streaks depends 100% of willness and spirit of the HQ and not of the whole. The base is always there, but if there's no hq the mercenaries find other employer ofc.
When comparing alliance A to B whatever the reason when other one beats the other 4 or so times the whole debate becomes pointless. When comparing howmuch A or B has tributed to the game is whole another story, and another thread. This topic was decided a long long timeago in a far far galaxy and the rebels won as they were restricted to grow AD-peniz.
End of ferrytale.
