It's been a while since I've not played this game. A few months ago I thought about giving it a try, but the barriers to get back into the game are just too big.
At the end of last round I even made a planet just to check the game under its new "owners" (I know you don't own it, you licenced it).
I was hugely disappointed.

The game did not develop since I left (that's 2 or 3 years ago now).

So I want to ask the devs (whoever that is nowadays):
Is there any major work being done or planned for this game or do you simply maintain the status quo?

And why don't you involve the community in this? Make a big rework project and honestly ask for player input. You have an insane community with tech freaks which you can only find here I'd say. The unused potential here is so big that I don't understand why the devs don't turn to the players and ask for help in form of art competitions, feature suggestion surveys and so on.

The game wasn't saved by making a license deal. You have to put some effort into it other then roundly stats changes and buddy pack size adjustments.

PA Team isn't looking to Save The Game. They're just keeping it on life support. There is no development.

That's not criticism, by the way. No one's paying them, so why the **** should they care?

As for player input, I have never seen that work. Plenty of good intentions, but precious little actual work.

Its not that people don't offer help towards the betterment of PA, there is just no one to implement anything suggested or created.
