So, I just went to school, and got my schedule...
... and someone deserves to be shot
1) 8 hrs/week of database driven XML website making project
2) 8 hrs/week of embedded programming project
3) 3 hrs/week economics (I mean... WTF?!)
4) 2 hrs/week IT management (*euch*)
5) 5 hrs/week programming in big software projects
Whoever came up with the first two points deserves to die a horrible death. The person who came up with economics and management deserves to be tortured for three weeks straight and killed by anal electrocution.
The only positive point is that I don't have to go to school on friday.
Damn....

TKK ****TARDS...
norteh boy.
I thought there were no places beyond 1st grade education where you could NOT choose what you study, at least in Finland.

We have a predefined set of courses. Crap really, as I' usually not interrested in most of the things they teach.
Quitting is not an option either, since I want to go to uni after this, but then more software related

Well, it's something I'm interested in outside school too, so I'd consider it as a good choice.
Would be anti-humanisti tho

I have 15 but they are fun courses (cept my math course, which to most of you would be really ****ing easy) and I don't have labs or any of that ****. If I had 26 hours of whatever the **** that is I'd kill myself.

The side effect of my lack of actual uni work to do this year is my increasingly serious drinking problem.

oh.... and they wonder why they say that the youths nowadays are lazy gits.
Projects are nice though, if the task isn't too difficult. You can occasionally go for a snack in the cantine or get coffee at random times. But these two particular projects look like they are going to be ****.

I have about 20 hours of classes + labs a week, for 17 credits ;-/
While it is set to some extent, I could sit down and plan out my next two years of classes right now if I wanted - not their exact times perhaps, but someone showing up on first day of classes and having a class they weren't expecting is impossible here.

I turned up to 15% of my lectures in 3rd year.
You should try it S.I.
It makes your timetable alot more acceptable.
