-firewall log inspection of all outbound and unauthorized inbound activity - everyday
-Spyware Begone ver. 6.95 spyware, adware and data logger virus full scan and clean - every startup
-Nortan anti-virus full scan and clean - every 15 days
-archiving firewall logs - every 3 months before defragging
-defrag - every 3 months
