3Ghz, 512MB RAM, HDD 200GB + 160GB, + 200GB external.
Doing a thourough scandisk every other month.
Defrag only ever 2 or 3 months on the disks I use (lot's of data isn't actually moved that often).
Virus Scan almost never, SpyWare scan once a month.
But I try to keep everything working, safe and up2date.

Also I should do these things more often.
But NTFS is
