It might be different where you live jupp, but here everyone without 12 years or 11+2years apprenticeship, is considered idiots by default. Simply becouse everyone expect the idiots manage to get trough (as you have a guaranty to get atleast 3 years off schooling after the first 9).


I went to school aged 4 and Uni aged 17 ... how does it work in Norway?
