Need to be able to do something with dist-"collectors", and what's possible to do to them i think should be possible to do against scanners aswell. In earlier rounds we could burn down dists by doing alot of scans, but that's not possible anymore.
Maybe by making it possible to freeze a certain percentage of dists/amps at a planet for awhile, would be a better option. Then it could still be used as a tactic, but wouldn't teoretically ruin the round for a planet. With that you could make defcalls for your target a "tad" harder if you could freeze enough of his amps.
What i really would like to see, is the option of targetting a certain fleet with your coop's
