OH. I thought you said Nodrog didn't know about epistemology, when he was clearly framing a good Gettier case. Stupid terse forum posts.
And yes, we still don't have a good solution to what we mean by "knowledge," ever since Edmund Gettier ruined Justified True Belief for us. But that's what analytic philosophy is all about - making problems for itself that it can't solve.
